Couple of decentish results tonight but i dunno if im just tired or what but i still dont feel that positive ! What it has done has almost guaranteed a top 400 leaderboard finish so i may well take a day off in the next day or 2 to try and refocus on my game and what i want to play and achieve from it the rest of the year.
First result was $82 headhunter 49 players for $1300 which prob covered my buyins plus a little for the night.
2nd result was only 19 players but £109 game so £950 is very handy as ive entered a few of these lately with no cash at all. HU went on 45 minutes and 125 hands but my patience paid off in the end against what was a poor passive opponent.
Still down on the quarter but the rollercoaster continues for now......

Enjoying the blog mate. And am making an account on Littlewoods using your banner to try to take advantage of those promos.
Wanted to ask you, what do you think of tracking software that keeps track of your stats, and stuff like Pokerspy that tracks opponents behaviour throughout a session and comes up with alerts etc. Do you use any of that stuff, and do you think it's worthwhile or a distraction?

Oh and one more thing, do you publicise your screen name? I was looking at some of the earlier blogs and could not find it mentioned anywhere. Would be understandable if you didn't, was just wondering? It would be good to watch you play a tourney or two, or maybe even end up on same table, hehe.

Some people luv tracking but i think it can overcomplicate the game somewhat. It probably depends on the individual so dont be afraid to try something if its cheap anyway. The only thing i use and have only done so for 1 month is pokertracker. I only use it for limit holdem as i wanted to check if i was a winning player or not when clearing bonuses etc and only look at it inbetween seesions. I may get PL omaha pokertracker shortly as i seem to be playin a fair amount of that too although i have a feeling that will be overcomplicated but still so cheap prob worth a bash.
Yeh some names r known and some unknown. animal on l'woods and animalgod on interpoker are common ones. mind u dont b offended if i dont always reply in a chat box, i often use pro view when playin 4-6games so chat isnt available.
